Osprey is an SPC water-proof floating floor that is made in the USA!. This product comes with an attached IXPE pad. Floortec luxe is an XL 7.25"x48.8" high definition plank and comes equipped with a 20mil wear layer and a high density IXPE attached pad. No glue is required, and this makes for an easy installation of this realistic design.
For all installations over a concrete supfloor, a vapor barrier is required.
